Process Assuring high quality of service delivery based on Service Level Agreements and agreed KPIs Acting as a subject-matter expert and quality gatekeeper for P2P Front Office activities. First contact for issues escalation within P2P process Cooperation with Internal and External Audit Performing P2P controls Advising other team members in terms of P2P process matters Introduce Improvements within P2P process 2. Coordination: Coordinate completion of all P2P processes Delegate tasks Distribute the workload and supervise the team in day to day operations Managing HR Matters Communicate deadlines Monitor the team performance Resolve or escalate any process issues Attend and lead team meetings Prepare reports Building relationship with the countries during day to day operations 3.
