Snapshot of Your Day In this role, you ensure seamless business continuity by supporting the Site Management and Installation Lead (SMIL) team. Your day combines administrative coordination, managing key digital information platforms, and contributing to competency‑related processes that enable efficient project execution across a global organization. How You’ll Make An Impact Provide comprehensive administrative support to the SMIL team, including onboarding, equipment orders, and travel coordination. Manage the full onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely delivery of IT equipment and PPE. Create, process, and track Purchase Orders for team‑related expenses. Organize external trainings, including leadership courses and weather‑specific certifications. Support SMIL Planners and SMIL Heads in updating operational plans in tools such as Planisware. Maintain the SMIL SharePoint site, OneNote knowledge hub, and access rights to ensure accuracy and data integrity. What You Bring Proven administrative experience within a complex, international environment. Hands‑on experience with Microsoft SharePoint and digital collaboration tools such as OneNote. Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of planning software (e.g., Planisware). Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail. Strong communication skills, active listening, and the ability to build positive working relationships. Fluency in English and Polish, along with a high sense of accountability and ownership.
