Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Responsibilities Facilities Management: Overseeing site maintenance, repairs, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. Supply Management: Ordering and inventorying office supplies, equipment, and other resources. Health and Safety: Ensuring the office complies with health and safety regulations (local and global ones). Vendor Relations: Managing relationships with office vendors and suppliers. Correspondence: Handling mail, emails, and other correspondence, both internal and external. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and databases. Reporting: Preparing reports and presentations for management on office performance and activities.General Administrative Support: Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks for other Strada locations within EMEA region.Scheduling: organizing office visits (internal/ external) and conferences, and social gatherings. Requirements have a minimum of 3 years' of proven experience in virtual work environment with a high degree of division of tasks in either administration, procurement, finance or/and team assistance,strong command of English is required. Knowledge of German, Italian, French, or Dutch will be considered an asset,organizational and administrative skills,comfortable with figures,thorough and accurate approach, with excellent attention to detail,confident user of MS Office software packages: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,professional communication skills,experienced in international procurement processes,positive and supportive approach, flexible team player capable of taking on multiple and diverse activities,always looking to add value within process chain and to improve current processes,ability to work well in a team, ability to learn new systems quickly and become a "super user'.
