About the role SOWA Marketing and SOWA Films are looking for an experienced, self-reliant person to take responsibility for the key administrative, formal and operational processes of both companies. Hybrid work in Poznan, full engagement. We are looking for a meticulous, responsible and analytical person who is comfortable working with documents, numbers and processes, and who can independently manage assigned matters while collaborating with the team, accounting, lawyers and business partners. Your responsibilities - preparing and reviewing contracts, annexes, agreements and other documents, - handling HR and administrative matters, - cooperating with the accounting office and the law firm, - coordinating working time settlements and employee documentation, - preparing statements, settlements and financial documents, - issuing and overseeing invoices, - coordinating day-to-day operational matters of SOWA Marketing and SOWA Films, - supporting the owner of the companies in making and executing operational decisions, - monitoring deadlines and the completion of agreed tasks, - cooperating with the person responsible for day-to-day administration, - occasional formal and administrative support for film projects. What we are looking for We do not require a specific field of education. What matters is practical experience in handling similar matters and the right way of working. We expect: - experience in administration, operations, HR, finance or a related area, - very high accuracy and attention to detail, - the ability to prepare documents independently, - analytical and critical thinking, - accountability for the matters you handle, - the ability to set priorities and keep to deadlines, - discretion when working with confidential information, - independence and a proactive approach, - ease in working with documents, spreadsheets and office tools, - openness to learning new systems and using AI tools, - readiness to work regularly from the office in Poznan, on average two days a week. English at a level that enables working with documents and written communication will be sufficient. Nice to have - experience working with an accounting office or a law firm, - knowledge of HR matters and the employment of foreigners, - experience handling several related entities, - a category B driving licence. How we work - hybrid work with presence in the Poznan office on average two days a week, - flexible, task-based work organization, - start of cooperation in August or September 2026, - permanent, long-term cooperation with a broad number of hours; the expected monthly range of hours will be agreed individually.
