Opis stanowiska

Strategic Staffing Solutions' customer is a leading global financial services firm advising companies, governments, and institutions on key financial decisions that shape markets and strategy. The company operates across investment banking, global markets, and asset management, working with some of the most influential clients worldwide. It is known for strong expertise, high standards, and complex, high-value work across international finance. Since their Corporate Treasury department is growing, they are looking for an Administrative Assistant coverage to provide general administrative support to Managing Directors, such as phone and diary management, coordinating travel arrangements, expense management as well as various ad hoc projects and assignments as needed. What you will do: - Manage complex diaries and phone communication, prioritising meetings and coordinating with senior stakeholders and global assistants across multiple time zones. - Arrange international travel for Managing Directors and process related expenses. - Provide ad hoc support to the wider senior management team when required. - Act as the main point of contact for administrative queries across the region. - Coordinate onboarding and setup of new hires and consultants. - Process employee changes, including new joiners, transfers, and terminations in internal systems. - Stay closely aligned with team priorities and provide proactive day-to-day support. - Take on additional tasks and project work as needed based on business requirements. - Support assistant colleagues and provide cover when required. - Handle general administrative tasks (printing, copying, filing, scanning, archiving) and assist with ad hoc projects, committees, and team events. What you will need: - 3-4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior management or Managing Director level, preferably within financial services. - Fluent English, both written and spoken. - Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently. - High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and an efficient working style. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and support team needs. - Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work well with local and global assistant teams. - Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive tasks and shift priorities when needed. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism under pressure. - High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information. - Positive, flexible mindset with a strong work ethic and motivation to grow within the team.
