About the Ro le We are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team within the banking sect or. Responsibili - ties Manage complex and proactive diary and telephone schedules, ensuring effective prioritization and coordination with senior stakeholders and executive assistants across multiple time z - ones.Coordinate international travel arrangements for Managing Directors, including itinerary planning, bookings, and expense proces - sing.Provide ad hoc administrative and operational support to the wider senior management team as requ - ired.Serve as the primary point of contact for regional administrative inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient resolu - tion.Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and consultants, including coordination of system access, equipment, and provisioning requirem - ents.Process employee lifecycle transactions within internal systems, including new hires, transfers, and terminat - ions.Act as a trusted and integral member of the team, maintaining a strong understanding of business priorities and anticipating support n - eeds.Support the delivery of special projects, initiatives, and additional assignments in line with business requirem - ents.Collaborate with and provide cover for fellow assistants to ensure seamless team support and business contin - uity.Perform general administrative duties, including document management, printing, copying, filing, archiving, and coordination of meetings, events, committees, and group activi ties.
