We are looking for a committed and conscientious person to join our team at the car rental centre, who will be responsible for the settlement of short-term rentals. This is an excellent opportunity for people who are looking for their first job and want to gain experience in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities: Issuing receipts for short-term rentals Issuing and sending invoices Issuing corrections to invoices, receipts, notes and receipt cancellations Short-term rental settlements - damages, under-fuelling, penalties Checking accounting documents and data entered into the Softra system by airport locations Settlement of T-Pay payments Provision of information to law enforcement agencies Damage and under-fuelling reports Supervision of the correct document flow Our requirements: Availability to work full-time Very good computer skills, in particular MS Office and MS Excel Diligence, meticulousness and responsibility Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise Commitment and willingness to get involved We offer: Stable employment, knowledge sharing and the constant search for new solutions A friendly working atmosphere and support from the team in achieving your goals Full-time work from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Benefit package – Luxmed medical care and Multisport card Comfortable office and convenient location – workplace in Warsaw Ochota, near the Zachodni Station Full technical support during the induction period Company events and team-building activities If you are someone who wants to start their career in the car rental industry, we look forward to receiving your CV!
