With over 200 healthcare team professionals and 30 years of regional experience, AMC has earned the trust of global insurers and TPPs, multinational corporations, embassies, schools, and local and international communities, offering personalized 24/7 primary and specialty care, preventive healthcare, and emergency care coordination to over 20.000 patients annually. - The AMC Warsaw Clinic Administrator is responsible for the overall management and operational performance of two AMC locations in Warsaw:AMC Warsaw Clinic – gen. Józefa Zajączka 9B, 01-518 Warszawa - AMC / ASW Health Unit – Bielawa, ul. Warszawska 202, 05-520 Konstancin-Jeziorna The Clinic Administrator oversees staffing, workflows, budgets, partnerships, and business development activities for both facilities, ensuring alignment with AMC’s global standards and strategic objectives. AMC Warsaw Clinic Administrator Detailed Job Responsibilities include: - Patient ExperienceSupervise and control receptionists to ensure a welcoming and efficient front desk operation. - Monitor appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and address any issues to enhance the patient experience. - Conduct daily inspections to ensure that the clinic facilities adhere to cleanliness and safety standards. - Implement initiatives to make the waiting area pleasant and welcoming: flowers, reading material, etc. - Referral Network:Identify and establish partnerships with referral clinics and laboratories. - Build and maintain a strong network of medical facilities to enhance patient care. - Business Development:Strategize clinic growth initiatives and identify new revenue sources. - Explore and negotiate B2B agreements and partnerships to expand the clinic's reach. - Introduce new products or services that align with the clinic's mission and market demand. - Community Engagement:Represent the clinic in meetings with embassies, international communities, and other stakeholders. - Develop and maintain positive relationships with external partners to enhance the clinic's reputation. - Revenue Generation:Constantly analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for revenue generation. - Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones. - Leadership and Communication:Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. - Communicate effectively with the clinic team, stakeholders, and external partners. - Team ManagementRecruit, hire, and train clinic staff, including administrative, medical, and support personnel. - Manage team schedules, duties, and performance to ensure optimal clinic operations. - Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets for clinic operations, including Profit and Loss statements. - Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement efficient financial practices. - Insurance Contracts:Negotiate and manage contracts with international insurance companies for billing and reimbursement. - Ensure accurate and timely submission of insurance claims.
