Responsibilities
Managing access cards and office entry.Coordinating helpdesk tickets and office maintenance.Ordering and managing office supplies and groceries.Coordinating cleaning services and liaising with building management.Supporting employees and managers with benefits and parking.Ordering and managing SIM cards and related documentation.Leading merchandise projects and coordinating with vendors and designers.Organizing internal events, including planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination.Maintaining internal databases and documentation in Confluence.Providing ad hoc operational and administrative support, including travel, learning platforms, and urgent employee requests.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role.Experience in office operations, facilities coordination, and day-to-day office management.Experience in cooperation with external vendors, service providers, and building management.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Ability to prioritize work, handle urgent matters, and respond effectively to ad hoc requests.High ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail in operational processes.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to clearly explain procedures, processes, and employee benefits.Experience in organizing internal events, happy hours, or team initiatives.Budget planning and cost control skills (events, vendors, office supplies).Proactive, independent, and problem-solving approach to work.Flexibility and ability to work in a dynamic office environment.Fluent Polish, Russian and English (written and spoken).
